AARON MICHAEL DAVIES (THOM)
Born and raised in small town Iowa, Aaron attended Tisch

School of the Arts for a hot minute. Last year, he starred as
Griff in Todd Stephens'/TLA Releasing's Another Gay
Sequel
, and Taylor in Lloyd Neck, which found its way into
the Sundance Film Festival and earned Davies The Best
Acting Award from the NYU First-Run Film Festival.  
He is
now studying with actress/teacher Mimi Lieber, making his
rounds on the New York audition circuit, and loving the life
of the struggling actor.
 

 

JAMES HEFFRON (JIMBOY)
Commonly recognized for his chemistry.com
commercial “Nope, still gay,” James Heffron is a graduate of
The Tisch School of the Arts. Previous film credits include
starring roles in 
Of Dreams and GloryHagondes, The
Seeker
Jack and TimSuperheroes, as well as featured
roles in Lifetime’s 
Any Mother’s Son and The Learning
Channel’s 
The Good the Bad and the Ugly. Favorite stage
roles include Cleante in 
Tartuffe at The Secret Theatre,
Trigorin in 
The Seagull at Playwrights Horizons, and Michael in Dancing in Lughnasa at the Lee Strasberg Institute. James just completed his first novel, The Roots of Stem.

  SANGEETA PAREKH (ANISHA)
Sangeeta Parekh was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland.
A graduate of Tufts University and the Stella Adler School
for Acting, her New York City credits/recent roles include:
Lilly in The End of Civilization, Hazer Girl in The Best
Party Ever
, Polina in The Notebook of Trigorin, and
Elsie/Lorene in 
The Time of Your Life. She was in the
film 
Scripts & Politics (which premiered at the Fridericianum
Museum in Kassel, Germany) and recently shot the short
film, 
You & Me, directed by Eddie Shieh. She currently
resides in Los Angeles.
  HAYLEY THOMPSON-KING (CALLIE)
A singer and actress, Hayley Thompson-King received a 
Bachelor’s of Music at New York University, and later
received her Masters at the New England Conservatory of
Music. Former stage credits include Flora in La Traviata
 (Longwood Opera), Repunzel in Into the Woods (New Repertory Theatre), and Frou-Frou in the The Merry Widow (Ash Lawn Opera Company). She is currently based in Los Angeles where she is working on various indie film projects and enjoying the sunshine. Furthermore, Hayley recently finished recording her debut record with her band, Cry Cry Cry.
  ADRIAN ARMAS (JEROMY)
Adrian Armas is originally from Los Angeles, California,
where he attended Hollywood High School for Performing
Arts. It was not so much the acting bug, but the dancing bug that inspired him to attend. Adrian has worked for the top artists of our time: Michael Jackson, Cher, and Ricky Martin to name a few. Adrian has starred in over fifty national network television commercials, and TV work includes roles in Undressed and Scrubs. Although he has appeared in many
films as a dancer, it was this last year he was able to live out
his true dream--acting alongside Cate Blanchett and Brad Pitt
in the Oscar nominated film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
  CHRIS KIES (PATRICK)
Chris, a native of Sudbury, Massachusetts, has appeared in
many TV shows and films.  Most recently My One and
Only
 (2009), starring Renee Zellweger as well as the final
episode of The Wire
 (HBO) were he plays the pivotal
character “Petey.” Red Sox fans recognize him from the cult
favorite Wait Till This Year
, a film about the Red Sox
winning the World Series. Chris currently lives in NYC with
his wife and five month old son.
  LAUREN FORTGANG (HOLLY)
A graduate of Fordham University's theatre program, Lauren
has since taken part in a variety of creative endeavors.
Credits include television's Important Things With Demetri
Martin
Law and Order and Guiding Light, and the
independent films 116
, and The Dream Machine.
Additionally, she has ventured into the world of commercials
with spots for Wal-mart, Crest, and Pepperidge Farm. Her
credits as an audiobook narrator include the Bret Easton Ellis
novel, The Rules of Attraction, as well as numerous titles for
Audible, Inc.
  THOMAS ROWEN (THE STRANGER)
Thomas Rowen is a New York City based actor, director
and screenwriter. He has appeared on film and stage, and
can be seen in the upcoming feature, Alien Uprising.

 

AMANDA MOORE (BROOKE)     
Amanda Moore graduated from American Academy of
Dramatic Arts and was the recipient of the Charles Jehlinger
award. Since moving to New York she has been involved in
productions with Reduxion Theater Company and The BE
Company. She is also secretly in love with the director.

   NEIL STEPHENS (DP/EDITOR)
Born in New Rochelle, New York, Neil worked for years as Creative Editor for the Image Bank in New York City. He has since become a Director and Cinematographer for Getty Images, the largest stock footage company in the world. His work as Director of Photography can be seen on HBO, VH1, NFL Films, Fox Sports, NBC, A&E, WE, BET, Bravo, TLC, as well as numerous commercials and shorts. His feature films include Games People Play, Rachel Marks, Bono, The Gospel According to Lou, Nebbish, and Chez Risque. Neil directed his first feature film, All Screwed Up in the summer of 2006. He has worked with the likes of Ron Howard, Ang Lee, Paul Newman, P.Diddy, Gwen Stefani, and 50 Cent among others.  www.neildp.com

  KYLE THOMAS COKER (WRITER/DIRECTOR)
Born in Dallas, Texas, Kyle Coker was raised the last of six siblings with five older sisters (which is pretty much like having six mothers.) A Rhodes Scholar nominated Entertainment Business graduate of OCU, Kyle encouraged his private Methodist university to fund his first feature film, That Boy. Kyle quickly moved to New York in 2004 and joined the casting team at Donna DeSeta Casting. For the past five years, Kyle has worked on hundreds of commercials and several independent and studio films.  Furthermore, Kyle recently finished his latest screenplay, Carribean Vacation: The Princesses of Tides (Working Title), the comic and raunchy misadventures of four stranded cruise ship dancers trying to find their way back to their ship. Kyle is thrilled to be making his New York directorial debut with “Astoria, Queens,” and he hopes to make his “mothers” proud.
